Just wanted to write and thank you for your recent service. My car was suffering from a misfire and you managed to get it in at very short notice and identify the problem in a very timely manner. You also identified and reported to me a potentially expensive repair had the parts failed while driving the car. If it were not for your technicians diligence I could have been faced with a very big bill indeed. I am now back on the road and will be in to see you again when my next service is due.
